As the previous owners and chefs of Tucson Cantina, we served southwestern american style food in the Washington, DC area for over 25 years. Since our closing in 2000, we have been contacted many times by Tucson Cantina patrons looking for our homemade hot sauces, chili con queso, tacos, burritos and more. We love the southwestern american taco and burrito style and decided it was time to reintroduce this area to our cooking with LA TACO.
